Pets in the Hospital
Did you know that it is sometimes possible for a patient to visit with their pet while staying in the hospital? To ensure safety and comfort, strict requirements and procedures must be followed. CHAI does not posses the authority to approve or deny pet visits, but we are happy to answer any questions you have about the process and we help to arrange the visit once it has been approved. If you would like to arrange for a patient to visit with their pet, please review the form below and then contact the patient’s nurse manager to begin the process.
