Dogs On Call make Earth Day deliveries

April 22, 2015

Dogs On Call therapy dog teams celebrated Earth Day on April 22nd 2015 by delivering beautiful nature-themed books to children in the community. This book delivery was made possible through a generous donation of over 100 books from event partners The Nature Generation and their sustainable partners SRA International, Inc. The books were delivered to several facilities including the ASK Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Clinic, Virginia Treatment Center for Children, The Doorways (formerly Hospital Hospitality House, Palliative Care, and Children's Hospital of Richmond.
