Dogs On Call teams up with VCU Police to deliver PetSmart Stuffed Animals

McGruff, the V C U Police mascot and therapy dog Blake, a beagle mix, each receive pets from a generous friend sitting in between them.

VCU Police Department's McGruff enjoyed some nose pats himself while Dogs On Call Blake indulged in some eat scratches.
