Maymont Children's Farm Re-Opening

March 26, 2017

Our Dogs On Call were honored to be included in the Re-Opening Celebration of the Maymont Children's Farm this weekend! Thank you to the superb staff at Maymont for welcoming us with open arms and for giving us the opportunity to share the wonderful work our therapy dogs do with the Richmond community!

Virginia Commonwealth University's very own Rodney The Ram stopped by to see his favorite therapy dogs. Dogs On Call therapy dog, Chewie, was ecstatic to meet one of his idols in person!

Dogs On Call therapy dog, Clarke, and his University of Richmond fan mom had a great time meeting WebstUR!

Dogs On Call therapy dog, Dusty, made fast friends with the amazing Director of Habitats and the Nature Center at Maymont who made our participation possible!

Therapy dog, Kepler, was amazed at the number of people who turned out for the Maymont Children's Farm Re-Opening!

Therapy dog, Lilly, was thrilled to represent Dogs On Call at her first official event as one of Dogs On Call's newest members!

Therapy dog, Lucy, took a moment to pose while she waited for more visitors wanting to learn more about VCU Health's Dogs On Call program.

Therapy dog, Oliver, and his mom had a great time representing the Dogs On Call from VCU Health!

Dogs On Call pup, Otis, provided a little dog therapy to the one and only Nutzy the Flying Squirrel from Richmond Flying Squirrels!

Best friends Chewie and Rebel love getting together at Dogs On Call events!

Therapy dog, Robbie, is always ready for a photo-op with his Dogs On Call pals, Lucy, Lilly and Kepler!
