Pups on the Plaza 2015

September 17, 2015

The 3rd annual Pups on the Plaza event brought members of the VCU, VCU Health, and greater Richmond community together for an afternoon of music, food, and fun. Dogs On Call teams visited with students, patients, VCU Health staff, and attendees from the community, and hot dogs, chips and drinks were served. The event is a primary fundraiser for The Center for Human-Animal Interaction, a non profit 501 (c)(3) housed in the VCU School of Medicine.

Event t-shirts were available for sale and featured a design by Sarah Thompson Butler, an undergraduate VCU Art School student. Giveaway items were donated by Sweets n' Treats in Midlothian, VA, The Virginia Book Company, and Ms. Liza Bruce, VCU Health.
